All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

ANKY ® Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline client’s orders or limit the order quantity for any reason.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, ANKY ® Australia Pty Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders.

If a product is no longer deliverable, a similar or replacing product is offered. This will be discussed with the client.

ANKY ® Australia Pty Ltd offers their clients a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, clients are not happy with the purchase they may return any un-used products/garments within 7 days from order receipt for a full no-question-asked refund. Returns after this period will be given a store credit/voucher to the value of the product.

A gift voucher must be prepaid. All gift vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of their date of origin. No cash will be refunded for a gift voucher.

Items on special or marked down due to a promotion cannot be returned.

No warranties are provided for any goods unless stated.

All refunds will be as per their original payment method, however items must be returned within 7 days of purchase to recieve a full refund. Should clients need to exchange a product/garment for another size ANKY ® Australia Pty Ltd will deliver the replacement without charging for postage. Products/garments deemed faulty through workmanship will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of ANKY ® Australia Pty Ltd or the manufacturer.

ANKY ® Australia Pty Ltd tries to keep the prices consistent but they are subject to shipping cost, import duties and fluctuations in exchange rates. Clients may experience slight variations in pricing for the same item due to the above factors.

ANKY ® Australia Pty Ltd respects the privacy of client’s personal information. This information is used for business purposes only and not passed on or sold to any third party.

Payment
Payment shall be made by a credit card, direct credit to ANKY ® Australia Pty Ltd bank account, cheque/money order. Purchases will not be accepted until payment is received via direct credit, or when cheques/money orders have been cleared.
